Icon Designs

In Pathfinder components in rooms will usually be depicted using icons.

Changing Icons

You can edit the icon, used to depict all instances of a component definition in the network, in the component definition's properties window.

Additionally you can adjust some of the default visualization options such as background and text colors.

Top View Icons

Pathfinder provides a library containing more than 40 icons.

You can use custom icons for your components as well. Use any svg creation software, for example inkscape, for this purpose. Note: Please remove the alpha channel before exporting.

To insert custom icons, place the svg files of the icon in “...\Templates\topview-icons” in the Pathfinder installation folder.
