Relocate Free Components

Free components can easily be moved to another room in Pathfinder. A free component is any component that does not have a parent component, e.g. a cabinet. They are also referred to as top level components.

Select the Relocate Free Components option from the infrastructure section or directly from the context menu of a free component.

• In the relocate components window, select the source location of the components and the destination location that you want to move the free components to.

• Select whether the connected patch cables should be included or removed. When a component is relocated to a storage room, all cables connected to it will be removed.

• Select the components from the source location and click on Relocate to finish the relocation process.
